Comfort food is what is due these days. One simple bowl, warm and waiting. Subtle sweet is what keeps me seated at the table. Golden amber sweet pototoes, cubed, and tossed in a big bowl with oil oil, and then sprinkled generously with sea salt. Brown them in the oven, what for an hour?..or so. Some thing short of broil. Make your morning productive, with one eye peering through the small square window. When the scent is wafting through the living room air, getting you out of your chair, one too many times to check...then it's time.
