Jump! Jump!

Sit and spin on our own home gym.
Jump! Jump!
Pump! Pump!
Bang a drum to find our rhythm.

Ride that wave in our living room, hang all ten toes.
Left! Left!
Right! Right!
Breath in out the mouth, and in the nose.

Push all the tension our of our bones.
Up! Up!
Down! Down!
Tennis balls stuffed in socks for our muscle tone.

Pull our strength up, begin anew.
Front! Front!
Back! Back!
Aim for the Joggers with in our view.

Oh, man!
...I think I am trying to remember to inspire my own Self. ;P

Rain or shine, there's no excuses to not exercise, especially inside.

Took me 20 minutes to escort my 83yr.old Father-in-Law to the corner and back! He was impressed with his time, and had a good laugh at me jogging laps around him the entire time, screaming "Faster"! ;P

LOL I had a comment RE your post but when I read your comment above me about you running around your Father-in-Law screaming "Faster!" I nearly fell off my chair laughing!!!!

You're a hoot and a half!

Hahaha "aim for the joggers within our view..." These pictures do energize me, although I'm not a gym or home gym person, I love to get out a take a hike or bike ride (Regrettably, I haven't been doing either of those much lately. Autumn is always so busy).

Sounds to me like you are going to do it.

I know about needing motivation. Of course I do know some people that only get exercise when they jump to conclusions.

TERI REES WANG said...

Yup!...jumping to conclusions is one step forward, and four steps back.

Yes, that is my very worn out chair, that acts as my writing throne. It once belonged to a friend.
